I had the unfortunate experience to deal with Philip du Plessis from DIAL A WORD.
I signed a debit order and faxed by bank details on their request, never again hearing from them and not recieving goods and services as promised. After MULTIPLE phome calls and mail I gave up and paid for the contract period. Then proceded to cancel after 12 months. They STILL debit my account up to date after numerous confirmations that it was cancelled
I phoned Philip to discusss this matter - BIG MISTAKE... he rudely abused and swore at over the phone.
