Subject: formal requrest to re-fund the 3rd of our payment for the training of Chaos (due to non-delivery of services)

Kenny,

Please consider this e-mail our second formal request to refund us for 1/3rd of the $200 that we paid you / Diamond Dog Training for your services in good faith.

In spite of my numerous requests to send us our dogs customized training plan (specifically, please see my e-mails to you of May 8th and May 13th), that you promised to us every time we discussed it, no such plan has ever been sent.

Moreover, your failure to keep your third, pre-paid appointment here for 2 weeks now (i.e. Saturday at 12:00 pm, the time that you yourself asked us to move to from 1:30 pm we originally agreed upon), without any advance warning to us and without even having a courtesy of returning my phone calls and messages and of responding to my e-mails, is unacceptable and a violation of our agreement and our trust. Please note that I had to postpone some important meetings just to make the Saturday 12:00 pm appointment. I waited in vain as you never showed up.

Based on these facts, we would appreciate it if you send us a check for $ 67.00US at your earliest convenience, to our home address:
