These guys are the most dishonest used car dealers that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They tried to sell us an allegedly "great running" '98 Ford Windstar for $2000.00. We have had nothing but problems with this dealership during this deal, while they have been trying to fix all of the problems that this car developed before we even got possesion of the van! First, they would not return our phone calls by giving us this, "I need to call my mechanic, I'll call you right back" garbage, then we were told that we could not excersise our right to the 3 day cooling off period because we were never given one. That was a straight up lie, because William verbally told us to not worry that we can return the car if it has any problems, and that he would kill the deal. After repeated attempts on our part to get a refund, we were finally told by William that the only way we can resolve this is to take possesion of the vehicle and pay the balance, or we can refuse the car, but we would lose our deposit. Now, we have to take them to small claims just to get our money back. Be warned, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!
