account withdrawal

Loan Shop Collections--This company tried to take 260.00 out of my account. Why I don't know.They wouldn't return my phone calls or my e-mail.They cost me 35.00 even though the 260.00 was not paid.It is only right that a company like that contact the person first and talk to them about the situation.I would like to know what it was all about. Thank You

Workmans comp negligence

Hurt on the job. Work at JJILL/ Tablots in Hendersonville. Managered laughed and did not call EMT. Multiple injuries noted in ER. Fired me while out on workmans comp. Travelers on chose to treat one, left me sitting for weeks. Caused other problems and they are denyng everything and never submitted proper paperwork to the state. The state is siding with them and their lies.
