Used Mazda 08
I purchased a used mazda from this dealer. This vehicle was repossesses in Florida and was bought at an auto auction by Dick Dean Economy Cars. When I purchases this vehicle I was not given the carfax that stated this informtion I later bought my own carfax on the vehicle when I started having all kinds of problems with the vehicle. I purchased this car in June 2009 and have had the car in the shop more that 9 months at last count. I bought this car on loan from the bank so I can not default and just not pay the loan. Everytime I have had the car at the dealer they said it was due to abuse but I have done nothing to the car. Over the time I have had it at Bommarito West County Dealer for repair but everytime they have said it was not covered by warrenty. The gear shift fell off after two weeks. They replaced the gear shift after I bought a factory one. This is the start of my problems. I have had a catalytic converter problem, computer problem, problem with the turbo and so on. I have contacted them, Mazda, and the other warrenty company but according to everyone no one has to cover the warranty. Though when we bought it they said it had a warranty and as long as I didnt do anything to the vehicle it would be covered. I have turned my claim to the better business bureau who says we only have a lemon law and the vehicle was not new. I have already put out at least $3000.00 on this vehicle and paid $21, 187. for it. The last Mazda dealer who looked at it said they dont normally deal with these vehicles in Missouri. Evidently another thing they didnt share with me was this car was lowered and fixed up to be a sport vehicle. They also said maybe we should call the Dean Team and have them replace the vehicle or see a lawyer. I can barely make my payments for a car I can't drive. I have had to get another vehicle just to get back and forth to work. How am I suppose to afford a lawyer. I have about 5 inches of paperwork of letters and such showing how I have tried to get the vehicle fixed. All the Dean Team wants me to do is to take it to their recommended Mazda dealer and have it fixed at my expense.
