The dealer found some dents and paint problems when I was in signing the paperwork. They didn't feel compelled to tell me about them until I was done with the paper work. Guess acting in good faith is a foreign concept to them. Well, over a week has past and they still have the car in for repairs. They had the time to deposit my large down payment, but delivering the car is a different issue.

We've had several promises for the delivery of the car, but no delivery. As my father in law pointed out: once you sign you're no longer a customer.

I would recommend avoiding these guys in the future they failed on the very most basic portion of the deal: I give them money, they give me a car. They have my money, I have NO car.

Unfortunately it looks like legal action on my part to either get my money back or have the car delivered. Who needs that? Why are car dealerships different? I can buy next to anything on the internet, even if I pay a tad more than the very best deal that can be found. If I pay a fair price for a new car I seem to have to go through extrodinary efforts just to be treated fairly.
