This is very poor business conduct
I am unable to find coupon site...I wasted alot of time trying. This is very poor business conduct..I think I will, take my future business elsewhere..Thanks for nothing.. Also no one in the store, knew how to get to the site. I was gaven customer service number which is closed on weekends..

I will not spend any holiday money with Dicks
I went to purchase two tennis raquets at dicks sporting goods in chattanooga tn and learned they did not offer a stringing service for the raquets they sold. I did not make the purchase and this is hard to understand! After getting home i made a phone call to dicks to ask if the had certain treadmill in stock, waited on hold for over 8 minutes.
I never see adult managers (over age 30) in the store and wonder if this lack of mature leadership could be the reason of what i have experienced as poor customer service. In this economy this store in chattanooga should provide a stringing service this is a big tennis town. ALSO ANSWER THE PHONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
IM DONE AND WILL NOT SPEND ANY HOLIDAY MONEY WITH DICKS.
Much needed compititon for this store is needed maybee they would then buckle down. A lost customer.

I will never shop at Dicks Sporting Goods again! They are a male dominated company that discrimates against the female employees. If you don't beleive it, find out how many female mamagers they have.Ladies, there are better places to shop and places that respect females.Dicks is not one of them!! One of the managers was overheard telling other employees that he didn't like females.They certainly live up to their name - DICKS.

Spent 15 minutes and could not locate the survey
I tried to do the on line survey to receive a $10.00 coupon off my next $50.00 purchase but spent 15 minutes and could not locate the survey.

What a rip off company
I took this stupid survey and after wasting my time and submitting, the website rejected my survey, stating that I was an untrusted site. What a rip off! I am sure that they collected by results, but didn't want to give up the coupon.

Waste of time
Where is the survey that Dick's receipt says to go to for the $10.00 off next purchase? I never do these survey's and decided to be a smart consumer and this is what I get...a waste of time!!! I feel like I just spent time waiting in the Doctor's office!

Awful business practices
This is not right!!! i purchased about $200 yesterday at dick's in memphis at the cordova location. i was told to go on line to respond within a certain amount of time to complete a survey and would instantly receive a $10 coupon. i first went on line last night 11/2/09 and could not find the site to do so. and i have just tried again this morning 11/3/09 to complete a survey ??? you should not be telling people to do this when there is not a site to complete !!! I WANT MY COUPON AS WELL !!! i had 4 different coupons so i should be entitled to $40 in coupons !!! WRONG TO DO THIS!!!

Waste of time and misleading of the $10.00 coupon deal
Where is this darn survey? I had excellent service in the Knoxville Store on Saturday and wanted to complete a survey because of the great help I received from "KATE"...(which, according to the receipt had to be filled out within 48 hrs) but I have been on the website for 20 mins looking for it and wanting to print my $10.00 coupon...such a waste of time - I tried on Saturday when I had a few minutes and now again today...would corporate pls e-mail me the link or I will go in the store AGAIN and complain because of this waste of time and midleading of thie $10.00 coupon deal...

The survey is nowhere to be found
I just wasted about 15 minutes trying to find the spot where you do the customer survey to save 10.00 on the next purchase of 50.00!! The survey is nowhere to be found!
