I received a charge for a "free" 14 day trial offer in the amount of $87.13. Have been trying to cancel this product for the last two weeks only to find the number constantly busy, after hours and am unable to leave a message or on three separate occasions have been placed on hold for 45 minutes, 37 minutes and 52 minutes. This is unacceptable. This company should not be allowed to operate.

Diet Max used US reporters (ABC, CBS, NBC, etc) to endorse diet product - one month free trial for cost of shipping. Somewhere on the ad page was text indicating one had 10 days to "cancel" after ordering product or you became a "subscriber" to the company. I did not see this. I did receive this product. I was unhappy the product was not "pure" as they declared in their ad but mostly caffeine. I did however decide to try the product and being an herbal supplement know it takes time to work through the system. I did not know they charged my bank account for the product 10 days after ordering, along with the shipment fee that I knowingly paid that they stated was all I would owe them. I only recently became aware they had taken 4 other payments from my bank account for products I did not receive. Not only did I not receive the product, when I called the number on my bank statement for the company I was told they were located in Hollywood, Florida and I didn't understand why I was being charged an international shipping fee. They lied about the company's location. I also asked the name of the company, and was told "Weight Loss Systems" - they did not say "Diet Max El Tecal" which is on my bank statement. They gave me a tracking number for the United States Postal Service which, when I tried to follow up on it, did not seem a number that could be tracked. They supposedly have since sent another product to me, that I have not received, but could not supply me with a tracking number for this. I not only lost $245 dollars in this situation, I also had to cancel my bank card so they could not take more of my funds. When I spoke to a person who was supposedly a "Supervisor" with Diet Max, asking to cancel the "subscription", I also asked for email confirmation of the cancellation. I was told that they would do this and they repeated to me my correct email address and said the cancellation confirmation would be sent within 24 hours to me and I have not received this.

i ordered a free trail package they have now taken the full price for the tablets. i did not want the full package i want my money back. I have pay the postage I WANT MY £49.29 BACK THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO TAKE THIS MONEY

I placed an order for some Acai tablets about 29 October 2010 (Order Number 2108569). They were on a trial basis and I was only to pay Shipping & handling ($2.95) initially. I received an email with the order summary and showing an amount of $2.95 was to be debited to my credit card. To date I have received no product and I now find that I have been billed an amount of $88.12 on my credit card. I have been trying to contact the organisation on the number given for Australia (61390086241) and have been told that I am calling out of hours. All my calls have been in hours for Australia. I am going to hospital tomorrow for major surgery and I wanted to advise them of this and also advise that I would not be able to complete the trial in the time frame.

On 22 nd sep. 2010, I ordered the special offer for 4 $, then after 2 days I read more and found out that u will charge me about 90$ formonthly supply if I do not cancell within 10 days, which I immediately did, spoke on the phone, the employee did not want at first to go through this but after I asked her to speak to her supervisor then she agreed and had all my credit card information and cancelled any money withdrawal.
Now I have my bank ststement withdrawal of 92.61$ and refunding the 4.45 4 THAT EAW PAID FOR THE FREE SAMPLE!!! WHAT KIND OF ROBERY IS THIS?????? Any respectable company does dare to perform this steeling behaviour. I am expecting my money back>
