Avoid this place at all costs
I ordered acai hoodie before Christmas which never came. I put it down to the bad weather and delivery. I have just checked my bank and have noticed they have taken out 2 payments with out authorization. one for 79.95 and one for 75.00. I am putting a block on my bank but would really need some help in this matter, they shouldn't be able to get away with this I am furious.

$87.13 was charged to my account, I didn't receive any correspondence nor goods for the amount
I like many others on this site, happened upon the website and thought I'd give it a try. I put in for a special offer of a trial for US$2.95. Nine days later an additional US$87.13 was charged to my account, I didn't receive any correspondence nor goods for the amount. I at no time authorised this company to deduct money from my account apart from the initial US$2.95. All attempts to trace source has been unsuccessful.

Scam
Diet Max charges people for a "trial", stating that you need to call in and cancel the trial before 10 days. The problem is, there was never an authorization to start a trial, and even if there was, Diet Max is charging people before the 10 days and refusing to cancel the charges. So again, Issue #1...Customers are NOT authroizing any charges for any type of trial. #2. Diet Max is claiming that the trial will not charge if you call and cancel before 10 days, yet customer credit cards are being charged BEFORE 10 days. So either way, what Diet max is doing is stealing!!

Didn't work
Diet Max The Acaix3 didn't work. they have taken 9-16-10-$3.87, 9-16-10-$1.49, 9-25-10-$87.49, 10-21-10-$2.95, 10-22-10-$19.95, & 10-22-10 $9.76. I have only received 1 60 count bottle. I want my money back and for them and to quit taking my money from my account. I called them on monday and was told their systems were down and to call back. I have tried over and over and all I get is a busy signal. Diet Max Scam

CHARGED MT CREDIT CARD AND DIDNT SEND PRODUCT, CALL THEM AT THERE 800 NUMBER THAY CANT FIND ORDER, FUNNY I HAVE COPYS ON CREDIT CARD STATEMENT FOR A CHARGE FOR 31.97 AND A 2.95 RIP OFF...

never receieved
I never received product back in oct 2010 was given a tracking # but never received product to send back. this is fruad and i have to pay charges to stop payment I am ot over 200 dollars for nothing this website is a fraud.

never recieved product
Was charged for the trial period then then the order in November and never recieved the product. Called and they said they would send it. Well never receieved it. Today 2-7-11 I was charged another 87.13 for the product. I called to ask why I was charged again and she gave me an website to cancell the order but would not refund me the money. I have now been billed twice for something that I have not recieved. I was then given and email [email protected] to talk to them about getting a refund. I had to cancel my card in order to stop them from taking more money for their scam. I want everyone to know not to order this because it is something you will never receive. |

scam
we send for diet max and diet max cleanse under the understanding we only had to pay shipping. We have since noticed that our credit card was charged approx. $100.00. not sure what this is for but we never received the cleanse pills and feel we have been scammed.

I ordered acai berry online and they said that I would receive the weight loss tablets in a few days this was back in November and it Jan 2011 and I still have not received the tablets and they have taken money from my credit card they had said i woul pay only shipping and handling which was $4.94 and they ended taking $103 from my credit card I have tried several times to call them finally today I got through and the manager was very rude to me. Be careful make sure they do not continue to charge you for product you have not received I feel violated...

never wanted to continue ordering
I order trial offer from your advertising on aol back in sept. 2010, I never thought that you would be charing my account for the next months, I just ordered the trial offer, all of a sudden when I check my bank statement there is monthly charges for your product would be appreciate if you would let the person know what you are doing in the future please refund the charges back to my account, I dont even have your product sent to me, and I would not want it .
