Money taken/NO product
I was impressed with an ad for Diet Max and the offer was for a FREE trial.
I have subsequently been charged 3 separate amounts on my credit card when I was expecting only one amount.
One seems to be a monthly subscription...I hope not because I did NOT sign for this.
I thought I was getting a month's supply. I received ONE bottle which is only 15days supply. There was only the bottle in the package...NO instructions or paper work
I would like an address/telephone number so I can terminate any further dealings with this Company

I APPLIED TO THIS COMPANY FOR A FREE TRIAL, WHICH SHOULD HAVE COST POST/PACKAGING ONLY. THEY TOOK £56.00 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT AND YOU HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM. THE E-MAIL ADDRESS BOUNCES BACK E-MAILS AND NO ONE EVER SEEMS TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I CAN'T FIND RETURNS PROCEDURES ON THEIR WEB-SITE AND FEEL THOROUGHLY RIPPED OFF!!! KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!!!

False advertising
This company advertised for a free sample of their product only to go ahead and charge me $87.47 to my credit card once I agreed to pay shipping. They also charged me two seperate charges for shipping of $3.87 and $1.98 on two seperate dates. What a ripoff.

DID NOT SHIP BUT CHARGED CREDIT CARD
I PLACED AN ORDER WITH DIET MAX THE SITE SAID YOU RECEIVE A SAMPLE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING 2.95 I DID NOT RECIEVE THE SAMPLE BUT WAS CHARGED 87.47 IN SEPT I CALLED MY CARD CO. AND WAS TOLD ANOTHER 87.47 WAS CHARGED THE ONLY THING THAT CAN BE DONE IS TO CANCEL YOUR CARD AS I DID.

PAYMENTS
The company keeps taking money out of my account i have no idea how to contact them to stop them. They sent a free sample which they charged me for within 7 days i hadnt even recieved the free trial yet. also the tablets they claim to work do not i have not lost a kilo so i want my money back ASAP and i want them to stop taking money from my account..

Unauthorize credit Card Deduction
I ordered a free trial of the diet product Acai Max Cleanse on October 4, 2010.On October 11th (less than 10days of the trial period) i completely cancelled my account.I was charged the shipping and handling for the trial product which i did NOT recieve.On October 21, 2010 my credit card was charged an additional $37.73.I called and was told this was an error but i have not yet recieved a refund.

no product but charged credit card
I ordered a trial of their product AcaiMax Cleanse. They never sent the trial and charged my credit card $93.12. I called them 5 times and they refused to refund my money while telling me they had resent the product which after 45 days I have yet to receive. I reported the fraud to my bank trying to help me get back the original amount. My bank is currently working on that. Today (10/25) I noticed that they had charged my account again for 93.12. They refuse continually stop cancel my account and stop charging my credit card. The one supervisor that I spoke to on one occasion that spoke understandable English was Steven Connor. When I call back they refuse to let me speak with him again. My reference (order no) number is 1804007.

Fraud
On Sept. 7 family member order trial package of Diet Max at shipping cost only of 3.87 with a 10 day window to cancel the order. When I saw this I read the small print and realized this was a negative billing scheme. I immediately, same day, called to cancel. After half hour debating issue they finally forwarded their order modification info to effect the cancellation. I did this. On day 8 I phoned again to confirm the order had been cancelled and was told no further charges would be make to my card. Six weeks later, Oct.21, a charge of 35.81 appears on my card. No explanation. Since then unable to contact by phone, they keep dropping my call after about 15 minutes. The whole thing is a scam and a nightmare trying to get out of. Credit card company says registered letter must be sent to scammers before Visa can take action. They were not all that helpful and even told me if I cancelled my card and got a new one they would redirect any additional billilngs from the scammers to the new card!!

Free offer my foot!!! If you read the fine print they will automattically bill you the full amount after a 10 day trial period and keep sending you the product every month until you unsubscribe. I tried to unsubscribe and they tell me their computers are down and they cannot help me at this time, please call back later!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

all these complaints are the same as mine i did call and cancel they say i did not also charged me 88.47 long be fore my trail period end were complaining but what can we do about this
