I saw the add online. They offered a free trial for the S+h of $1.95. They were supposed to charge me after the free trial if I did not cancel. They Charged my card the same day I receive the product by mail. I cannot get a hold of them to cancel and my bank charged me $25.00 overdrafted fee.I am very upset at this scam that this company is running. I hope the authorities put a stop to it. I even read their fine print, They did not even mention them charging me this early.

Diet Max is a rip off!! Ordered free trial 16th phoned and tried to cancell 17th their website was having "technical problems" finally cancelled on the 18th...or so i thought! Was charged full amount on 27th so i called agin was on the phone with one agent for 25 mins and conviently got disconected. Called again went through the same hoops again 30 mins later was told it was my fault the cacellation form did not go through and the would only partially recredit me $49 when the product was returned. Im sure they are doing this on purpose and are knowingly ripping people off!!

I ordered diet max trial where i was only to pay postage, on7/9/10 they took $4.25 out of my account then on the 16/9/10 they took $93 dolars out of my account without my authority. I have not received diet max. I want my money returned to me by cheque to my address a sI have had to close my account so they can not keep taking my money. Why didn't we see this information before we were 'sucked in'. We are an international customer of Dietmax. Like others we signed up for the 10 day trial period only to receive the goods 14 days later. When we tried to contact the company to cancel our subscription via their international and local numbers, they were either incorrect or cannot reach anyone. We even tried replying to their email, but had no response. We have now had to do what others have done and that is to cancel our card so that we don't loose any more money to this sham of a company.
