Scamming Customers
I ordered a trail but was charged $87.74 the day that the trail order was submitted. I called within 8 days of the 10 day trial when I discovered that they had charged my credit card not only for the $3.87 s/h which I agreed to pay but for the 30 day supply as well. I was told I would be issued an email to fulfil the cancellation and thus my refund, however, I never received the email. I gave it several days and when I called back, I was told their system was down and I would need to call back again. I called back the next day and was told because I had not submitted the email which I never received, I was not eligible for the refund of the falsely charged $87.74. I hadn't even received this product for my "trail period" when I noticed the credit card charge and took action to cancel it. Today when I called back, I was told that I could either return the unopened product for a 45% return fee or I could keep the product and receive a $20 credit. Either way they are trying to scam me for at least half the charge. I printed out their Terms & Conditions and nowhere does it claim that there would be a 45% refund charge under their Refunds policy nor under their Billing Errors policy. I will be going to my bank to file a claim to have this charge removed today.

Maximum Burn Xtream
I ordered a trial of this "quick easy diet pill" and got stuck in their automatic withdrawal using my debit card for my checking account for more products. It has overdrawn my account and is causing me penalty fees from my bank. I called and canceled the order and have been hit twice since calling the company. It is a scam and now am forced to cancel my checking account. I have not received any refund and can only accept the experience as a life lesson! Don't order from these "trial" offers ever again!

Trial Period Cancellation
I placed an order for a free 10 day trial of Diet Max Burn for a cost of $3.87 on 9-2-10. I received nothing until an email arrived on 9-`7-2010 at 5:42 pm that my order had been placed. I had received nothing from this company prior to this. However on my credit card statement there was a charge for $87.47 for this. When I called the customer service department, I was told my 10 day trial period was over and all they could refund was $20.00. I asked to speak to supervisors 2 times and each time was told my 10 day period started on 9-2-10. Again I haven't received anything but an email on 9-17-10 stating that my trial sample order had been placed. How can a person try something that has not been received and why does my 10 day period start when I have nothing to start it with.
Not only were the customer representatives not helpful, they were not easy to understand. I do not comprehend how someone can be expected to try something they do not have. The ads on-line are very misleading and when I asked for the full refund because I have never received anything, I was given no help. I would not ever purchase anything from this company. If I receive anything from them I will mail immediately back to them. I would not advise anyone to use this company. I also plan on filing a complaint with the BBB and with the attorney general's office as well.
This is truly a scam and is not good business practice.

taking my money
ordered free terial diet max which you are only required to pay postage and I have only ordered the free trial.I was billed7/9/10 $4.25 then again on 16/9/10 i was build $93.54 have never received the product I want all my money back and what can i do to stop them taking my money

took charges that were not authorized
I was invoiced for $3.87 and actually was charged $87.47. The product trial period was supposed to be ten days, but the company says it was 10 days from the tenth or the 19th. Their ad says 10 day trial and I cancelled on the 20th (10 days later) and they said I should have cancelled in 9 days (19th) and refused to refund the charges!
Also, the product didn't do what they said and did not work.

Another DIET pill scam
This is sister company of NaturaCleanse, so essentially same complaint I posted about them:
"Do not order this product. It doesn't work, but more importantly, you don't receive the product soon enough to try the sample before the "fine print" instructs you to cancel.
I cancelled w/in allotted time, and still charged almost $80 for pills that were shipped. I now have to ship back at my own expense in order to receive this credit to my account.
Complete scam!!! and customer service is difficult to communicate with or get a resolution."
In addition to NaturaCleanse nightmare, I have to wait 5 days while their admitted mistake (shock horror) is under review before my acccount will be credited the $87 that was STOLEN/SCAMMED.
While talking to a customer service rep. I told her that the 4th item to appear on search engine regarding their product was this complaint site, then I read a few choice entries. LOL
Too bad I didn't do my own search before placing these orders. Leason Learned!

I ordered a free 30 day trial & now have had unauthorized charges to my VISA debit card so far totalling over $135.77 from my checking account.

Charging for Products I DID NOT order
So today I decide to look up customers reviewes on Natura Cleanse...and I found these complaints! I took me all of 1 minute of reading torealize, so I quickly looked up my info on my bank account. Sure enough I have a charge of $87.47 pending from DIET MAX 800320298. I freaked out and imediately called my bank and they cancelled my card right away...Unfortunately i have to go to the bank tomorrow and fill out an affidavid against this website! However I am so very very happy that I found these reviews in time beacuse I ordered the same product for my boyfriend on another bank card. Fortunately they will not screw me there because I was way ahead of them!!! To my avail this charge was not posted on that account (whew)
I would have never know this was a scam because a girl from are local news used this product and another together and had great results...I got it from the News stations official website where you to can try the product for a trail and S&H. After I've wrote this I am going to their website to tell them this, I'm sure they have no idea what they are backing!!!
However, ... I know that cleansing your colon and intestines is great and other shouldn't deter from bettering their body's. I am going to my local homeopatic pharmacy this time.
I really hope I've been able to help others not get scammed

extra charges on card
I ordered some colon cleansing pills from Diet Max. I saw online that if you ordered before a certain date you would only pay shipping, which was $4.97. So, of course, I was pulled in to their scam. I ordered the product, and it arrived, along with a charge of $99. I was apalled! I called back and asked about it, and they told me that I was suppossed to call back and confirm that I received it. I didn't know this! So, they took off this charge and told me that they had cancelled my account. Another week later or so, I received another charge of about $50. I was angry by this time. So I called again. Apparently they had not cancelled my account, so I cancelled it again, giving me a cancellation number. Just recently, I find another amount for $41.15 on my account from the same company! I was outraged! I called back! They gave me the run around again, and even told me that that charge was not charged to my account, when in plain view on my statement, it was there! I asked them to please take it off, but they told me that I did not have that charge on my card! I don't know what to do, except go to my bank and have my card number changed! But, this company needs to be investigated! And every time I have called, it sure doesn't sound like an American run company! Most of the customer reps I have talked to sound from the country of India!

refund
Since 8/5/2010 I have been dealing with the customer service representatives from this company to get a full refund on an order that was never received and not wanted. On 8/5/2010 I was assured by one rep that I would not be charged anything because I was cancelling within the trial period, this was after I was hung up on by 2 other reps. However to make sure I called this company again on 8/6/2010, still within the trial period, and was assured again that it was being cancelled and i would not be charged. This particullar rep(Gabby) said that she would send me an email that I must send back in order to cancel and not be charged. Within 15min I did not receive the email so I called back again and spoke with another rep(Angela) that did send me the email. So after I did this I assumed that it was cancelled. On 8/18/2010 I called to see when I would receive my refund, finally spoke with a supervisor(Sonya) who assured me that I would receive a full refund of $87.47. Checked my account did get a partial refund of $49.50. Called again to find out why I only recieved a partial refund, was told "Well you did not cancel until 8/9/2010 when the trial ended." After telling the rep "You're wrong" and insisting they review the records again they saw that I did cancel within the trial 8/6/2010, but still no one within this company would send me to whomever I needed to speak with concerning my full refund. In fact the last supervisor, someone named Sandra actually threatned to continue to charge my account even though it had been cancelled,
