Charged and received nothing
I ordered diet max free trial sample with credit card details for postage. I never received this sample. I have just received a bank statement and have been charged 2 payments on 13th Nov 2010. One for $40.84 and $64.60 and still received nothing. This is obviously a scam of huge proportions. I cannot find any contact details for this company. Help would be appreciated.

never received any samples
I asked for a free sample of this product and had to give credit card details in order to cover postage. I never received any samples and then found that my credit card had been charged £56.07 without my authority or my having received any product. I have tried to contact the company but cannot get through on any of the numbers on their website. My bank is saying that it is not fraudelent as I had given my card details. My card has now been cancelled in case any more transactions are deducted. I still have received nothing from them.

did not order, did not receive, but was charged $79.26 and $2.95 on my credit card
I was charged $79.26 for diet max 8003202983 and $2.95 for 8003202183--EL TELCAL. i AM POSITIVE i HAVE NOT ORDERED THIS! I just had a liver transplant and cannot use this stuff.No one else has had anyway to access my computer.

i have just received my credit card statement and there is money taken out by diet max £22.17 and i have not had anything from them.

internet scam
We ordered two $1.99 bottles of Acai cleanse pills as a 'free' trial offer or shipping only that showed up as a 'pop-up' on another site I was on (don't remember which one now). Next thing I knew had four charges on my credit card - two for around $3.00 or so (the $1.99 plus tax plus exchange) and then another two for $91.92 and $92.87!! I called Diet Max and was told that the fine print that was there when I clicked my order said if I didn't cancel within 5 days of ordering that I would be charged the full cost of each bottle! I said that doesn't make any sense - why would I cancel within 5 days when I hadn't even received the bottle(s) yet? They basically said too bad so sad that you didn't understand. They offered me a $20 refund which I have yet to receive. This is an internet scam and this company should be put out of business. Keep the complaints coming! I am fighting this!

Fraud
Company didn't send me their trial product which cost me $2.95. Then they charged me a fee of $1.49. After that they billed me for $87.13 . I had to change my credit/debit card so they wouldn't take any more money out of my account. I tried to call them but I kept getting a message that said all of their circuits are currently busy for the last three days.

Stolen funds
Company promotes a trial period of their diet max acai berry. Once they have your credit card, they continue to charge you up, with no product ever being sent or received. I have charges to my credit card, I have never received the trial offer nor any other stocks... They advertise a phone number which is invalid, they do not have a reply email address, so I have experienced the worst kind of predator. Anothe consumer, sucked in by the possibility of weight and health improvement. I have been unable to contact the company. I received my information from an internet review by a US TV station, who supported the business.

Scam & Fraud
I too have been scamed by Diet Max. Cancelled my trial period order the very same day I did the trial order online, sent emailed request to cancel and even phoned the company and spoke to an agent after holding for almost an hour. That was 5th October 2010, 1st November just over £46 was taken from my bank account. I have never received any products from this company and I cancelled within the required 'NO CHARGE' period so why are they taking money from my account. I have spoken with my bank and it would appear that despite cancelling with Diet Max the bank have to give them 31 days notice of cancellation for the payment authority so technically they can take further payments from my account until such time. My only option is to cancel my bank card and wait for a re issue. There seems to be no protection for us but ever protection for these scaming fraudulant scum.

Credit card charged before trial period ended...refund?
Ordered the 10-day free trial October 26th. My credit card was charged on November 2nd...7 days later, not 10. Just don't order it. I just finished my 10th phone call with them and have been advised that the previous person I spoke to, 2 weeks ago forgot to issue my refund. This time, they say it should be credited within 2-3 business days. You have to call this number to cancel 1-866-889-2187. You MUST have your order number. Keep calling them every day if they did this to you. I will post whether or not I actually receive my refund but currently I am filing a complaint with the ftc. I have learned my lesson here and will never again do a "free" trial for ANYTHING. Good luck to the rest of you.
