REFUND
I went through a long, complicated process (by phone AND online with these people to cancel my account. I have not received any product from them, thank goodness! However, they took $89.83 from my Visa on Nov. 8 and $3.10 on Oct. 26. I need them to reverse these charges on my Visa. I have not received a REFUND.

Charges to my credit card
On the 24th Oct, 2010 I was offered a free sample of their weight loss tables with only the cost of postage I also took the Product Ultimate Diet Premium package at a cost of $59.65 for which I had for a 1 month trial period. On the 21st Nov. 2010 I sent them an email to cancel this and get a refund and I have had no response to this email. I have also been charged an amount of $76.04 plus international transaction fees to my credit card and I have no idea what this is for. I don't know what my next step should be so I am hoping that I can get some assistance through this complaints board.

Product never received
It seems I too have managed to get scamed by this company. I never received the product so before my 10 day trial period was over I tried to cancel the order. I was never able to because the phoneline was always busy. There is no way to email them and even after sending them a letter to the only known address in Chicago there was no reply.
However even before my 10 days were over they had tried to charge my credit card twice for 87$ and change and one charge for 35$ and change. When the first time the amount got declined the second and third attempt to charge my card came from a different company.
I am extremely glad that I didn't use my regular credit card but a prepaid debit card and extremely thankful that I didn't 'load' that card up in time for them to take more money out of it.
I am keep getting phonecalls nowadays though from a 646 810 6468 number which always hangs up when I answer the phone and also from a 888 284 1097 number which btw when called back a message tells me that this number is a no longer working number.hmmmmm...coinsidence? think not.
Since this company never made good on my purchase in the first place, then trying to bill me even before the trial period was over, is not reachable in any way shape or form, breaking their term and conditions themself I do believe they owe me the cost I paid for them to ship me the order that never even arrived.
I definetly know that from now on just in case only to use a pre paid card.

did not receive the product/fradulent charge
I ordered the free product which I did not receive. Reveived the Mastercard statement and I have been charged on Nov.11 for 3.04 and on Nov 18 for 91.02 and on Nov.18 for 3.08. Total of 97.04 for product not received. I want a full credit now and a cancellation number for the membership. Please confirm by sending an email message to [email protected].

charged when I didn't place an order
I ordered a trial size of Maximum Burn and did not order anymore of this product. I have tried to call the number 800-320-2983 that is listed on my online banking statement and cannot get an answer, says to call back. I was charged $2.95 cents on November 11th for shipping on the trial size and another $74.26 on November 12th on more product I didn't order and have not received any product either; which I don't want anyway.
I want my money refunded ASAP.

My account charged for product returned
I requested a free trial for $3.87 and my account was charged over 250.00 for a product I returned after changing my mine. I tried to contact Diet Max for several days by phone and was not successful. What can i do to get my money back?

Keep tking money & can't get refund!
How can I contact the company when there isn't even a website for me to go to? Diet Max led me to believing that their product was a sample and free of charge - except for shipping. It wasn't until I tried again to get onto their website that I was directed to the 'complaints site' where I discovered I have been 'had'! Now I'll have to cancel credit card just to stop 'them' taking anymore money out! Can anyone help me? Please? Rgds, Annie

Diet max prouduct & service phone not exist
I ordered Diet Max because the a webpage was linked to WSJ. I get 1 bottle of trial offer for paying about $5.00 shipping & handling. The online-order did presented it will automatically send you the product and bill credit card on monthly basis. But I wait 20 days after my credit card is charged, the renew product did not came. So I tried to call 18003202983 as credit card bill reflected $87.00 charge for first month supply with email confirmation when I first signed up. I made numerious calls during two days either in day time and night. No one answer the call. So I go back to check the webpage when I was first sign up trying to cancel the membership, there is fine print that the customer service phone number is different as shown in credit card bill and their email confirmation. But this phone number is in voice mail. I called within their service time, no one answers. So right now, I am most worried is the trial bottle i already took may have side effect. withdrew money although account had been canceled
I had received a trial sample from diet max. The offer had to be canceled by November 3rd if I did not want to follow through. I canceled my order on October 29, 2010. I got a cancellation number. Nevertheless the company withdrew $74.26 from my account on November 1st. I called many times and was assured that my money would be reimbursed within 10 to 15 working days. Since I have received nothing I attempted to call for the past week (1 800 320 2983), But I get a message that all lines are busy and I should call later. I have called at different times and no matter what I get the same message.
I went on line to find an email address. To no avail.
This deal seems fishy and dishonest

Charge to bank account during trial
I fell for the trial offering for just the shipping fee. I also took one of the pills when it arrived and became deathly ill. Before I could call, which was within 4 days of my 10 day trial, the company had debited my bank account for $87.13. I made 2 calls to the company, both times they said it would be credited within 15 days. Now when I try to call "all circuits are busy". This is the first time I have ever ordered a trial offering for anything and I promise it will be the last...I want my $87.13 back now.
