I requested a free trial on this product on October 15, 2010, I never received the product. Then on October 22, 2010 was charged $74.76. It was a two week trial I was charged within one week of ordering the product. I called the company to inform them that I never received the product, the next day product arrived with no information in the package at all. It have caused a overdraft on my account and not been able to use my account since.They are the biggest scam artists around.

The company offered a free trial to pay for delivery charges only. The product does not work and it made my stomach hurt. On my credit card they charged me two times. (1) 9/2210 $1.49 s/h 9/28/10 a charge of $87.47. Than on 10/20 $2.95 i guess for s/h and on 10/21 a charge of $87.47. And more charge of I don't know what for. I also have not recieved any products on top of all this. I tried calling them 11/15/2010 and I of course had no account number for them. So they tried my name, phone number, the last four numbers of my credit card and the amount I was disputing. They could find nothing on their files. Now how am I suppose to get a refund of these charges.
I am very unhappy with this company and think they are scamming people. Which I am one of them.

i have had £57.86 taking out of my bank account with out my permission from this company called diet max. i entered a free prize and was told it was completely free. i have not received any purchase from this company and i would like a full refund on my account imediantly please. also i have informed my bank of this situation and cancelled any more attempts to take my money out, and they are looking into the situation of fraud with this company hope to here from you very soon

I do not recall ever ordering this product. I did not know this company until my credit card contained a charge for $87.43 and the company name was posted as Diet Max El Tecal. I have phoned twice to have this corrected but each time I've been told that the trail period has passed so I don't qualify for a refund. I do not have their product, I never did have their product so I have nothing to show except being charged $87.43 for nothing. Surely it's not legal to charge people for things they didn't buy. I have no shipping label, no bill, no product NOTHING except this charge on my credit card.

I should have known better. I spoke to agent 467. She sent me this email to modify order. I am scared to follow through with it because I can not afford for any more charges to be made to my account. I agreed to the free trial and pay shipping only. She tried to tell me that it was not a charge but verification for when the free trial was over. They charged me $87.13 and I still have NOT received the product. I found out about this company through a local news. They reported that it was a good product and that it worked. That is how I got the link to them. I am FURIOUS. Of course today is a holiday and the bank only had customer service in. He told me to call back tomorrow and speak with dispute department. He told me canceling my debit card would not stop them. That they could continue charging my bank account.
