unauthorized charges
I received a bottle of Pure Cleanse in the mail. When I researched into who sent it I discovered that somehow somebody got ahold of my bank debit card info. With further research I discovered that Diet Max had taken out $89.92. I disputed these fraudulant charges. I do not know how they got a hold of my credit card info. They took my name, address, and made an email address. I never signed up for a trial offer. I have never heard of these brands before. I attempted to call Diet Max and the representative asked me to call back at 7:00. That is the time they close. When I refused to get off the phone she tried to con me into the product and told me I could not cancel the order or I would lose my rebate. I have reported this to my bank and they are doing an investigation. I will also be reporting this to the BBB and the Attorney General. Does anybody know how they got my credit card info and address?

Unauthorized Charges/No Product
It appears that I am one of hundreds that fell for the Diet Max Scam. I order a "free" sample on 10/08/10 and was to pay $.1.49 for the shipping & handling. I called to cancel the " membership", but my card was still charged $87.13 pn 10/15/10, $74.26 & $2.95 today 11/08/10. I have another charge on 10/27/10 for $9.76 from "Profitvault" and Googled this company and found that DietMax was actually using this name to charge. I have talked to a "customer service rep" on 10/12/10 ?? to cancel and still charges were made. Today I spend 45 min talking to a "customer service rep". It took her 15 minutes to get my phone number correct. I told her from the start I wanted to talk to a supervisor as I want ALL charges reversed. She continue to read from a script. I attempted on several occassions to tell her to stop and let me talk to a supervisor. After 45 minutes she "transfered me". I was on hold for over an hour before I hung up because my phone was dead. I attempted to call the company this evening at 7pm eastern time. I got a recording tell me I had reached them after business hours of 9am-9pm Eastern time. The phone number listed on the charge from ProfitVault was no longer in service, imagine that. I noticed that there was a class action in process in California. Is there anyone out there from Indiana besides myself who was scammed by this company? Has anyone gotten there money back? Were there any banks that were able to dispute the charges?

Extra Charges not Authorised
I agreed on the 26/10/2010 to receive a SAMPLE of the Diet Max Cleanse at a cost of AU$3, which I have already paid for. I have yet to receive the SAMPLE. Today I have had US$88.97 taken off my bank account without my permission. This Company is a scam and they need to be STOPPED!!! I have tried phoning the company this morning (I am in Australia) and I cannot even get through to any numbers. I have contacted my bank this morning but there seems no way of reversing this as they told me I need to contact them but this is going to be useless as the numbers don't work. Please can somebody do something to stop this company. And help me get my money back... I am on a pension and require my money back...

OFFERED FREE SAMPLE
The ad was for a free sample with no mention of ANY additional commitment to purchase. The customer was to pay only the delivery charge. My card was billed several small amounts:$3.87, $1.95, $1.49 and then $87.13. These charges went unnoticed due to my wedding. I have canceled my card and requested a new one, but not before five additional charges for a total of $341.32 were added to my account. Some of the charges were from businesses that I had never heard of. GUI COLON, PROFIT VAULT, GRN and of course DIET MAX. I believe all charges are due to Diet Max and their affiliated companies. SCAM!!! I will report them. Florida Attorney General 561 837-5000 and FBI Internet Crime http:/www.ic3.gov/default.aspx Please do the same if you have been scammed.

Overcharging
I thought the offer was excellent and felt News 10 was recommending a product that could help me. I believed the advertisement but did not read the fine print. Unfortunately we were going on vacation at the time of receiving the product and did not want to get started until returning Home.
There were no instructions or paper work in the order. Now I am being charged an internet fee of $1.49 as well as for the product of $87.13 which I thought was $2.95 for a free trial offer, and only to discover additional charges on my credit card statement on three different days which seemed strange as I did not understand the additional charges for a free trial offer which was really not free in the end.

continuous charge
I ordered Acai Max cleanse paying shipping only of $2.97 and Ultimate Cleanse paying the shipping only of $1.95. I have received no product and within a day they had charged my card an extra 79 dollars and then this month a charge of $87.13 showed up. The bank statement read the recipient as Pre Auth Diet Max el techal pa. I have had to cancel my card and will lodge a complaint when the paperwork comes.
