The following is what happened to me as well as the person below. The difference is that I went thru hell cancelling this order over and over. Also had a hold put on my credit card for fraudulent charges with this company although I have a 100% perfect record since 1977!

I'm just as angry as the rest of you, if not more. They took $87.47 from my account AFTER I cancelled my account with them. They were authorized in the beginning to take $3.87, but that's it. I cancelled immediately. I got grief from a guy who wouldn't cancel it for me, so I called again the next day and got Shannelle. she cancelled it, but even after that they still took the $87.47, but I didn't realize that until i got my balance. They left me with $4 to my name. I was shocked, to say the least. After investigating I realized where the money went. I had a LONG call with several people, but got NOWHERE. It's being disputed with my bank still and then today I was on my account and found out they also just took $1.49 on 9/10/10. After just speaking with them I found out they justify this by saying it is a one-time fee for using their website. CAn you believe that one? TAlk about a scam. I am also in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau over this matter. They must be stopped. To rob all of us innocent people needs to be dealth with.
