I thought that I had carefully read the terms and conditions of this product, which I can no longer find online. I thought that I was getting a trial supply for shipping only and then after 10 days another shipment. The product wasn't working very well but I thought that I would give it more time since I was using it in combination with another product as reccommended. My card was charged prior to the 10th day and no more product was shipped. After finally getting a hold of the company they said it was too late to cancel and that the $87.47 was for the initial shipment and that no other product was being shipped. I was also charged international fees twice by my bank because they are located out of the country, not Florida. The call center is supposedly in Florida however no one there speaks English. The other product that was recommened to work with this one said that they would auto ship after 14 days. They did and I've received more product just a few days after they charged my card. I am sure that their terms were both the exact same except for the 10 days on dietmax and 14 on fibra detox.
