Nothing to say.It's one of the biggest Scams going the Fraud department told me.However I didn't know it was
legal to give my credit card number out to another Company without my Authorization!!..
It's OK to do that in the USA so I've been told.Thats not legal in Canada!!..So buyers be smart&use PayPal&make
sure you don't get into the monthly charges(((.READ THE TERMS&AGREEMENT!! )))..at all cost

internet fraud and charge card charges
Dietmax offers to send you a 10-day "free" trial of their AcaiMax for a shipping charge of $2.95. DON'T BELIEVE THEM! After 3 weeks I had not received anything. I checked them out on line and found other people complaining. I tried calling their 800# but it just gave an error code. I finally found another number 1-800-440-4397, cancelled my order on 12/3/10, and received a cancellation number. Since that time I have found out that they have charged my credit card and additional $87.13 for a full 60 day supply. I called again and the number has been disconnected. I had also sent a certified cancellation letter on the recommendation of my bank to an address my bank found: Order Processing Center, 47 West Polk St., Suite 100-248, Chicago, IL 60605. They confirmed receipt of the letter 12/7/10, but proceeded to send me product on 12/20/10, which I did not accept shipment of. Since there is no way to call them, and the charges come from NOVAPAY in Hong Kong, I am working with my bank to reverse the charges. NOVAPAY's number is 877-292-3588. I called them and they only offer to refund after a 45% restocking fee, which since I have never accepted the product, I can't send it back. I have also reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. Do not fall for this clear internet scam.

Fraudulent Charges
I placed an ordered with DietMax for a friend, they shipped it to the wrong address and attempted to cancel the order, I could not get hold of anyone at that number, so I paid for the shipping and sent it back with anote for them to deliver it properly. They did not. Then my card started getting charge for all these other products Colon Cleanse, etc...
I called the other company, the customer service answered, they gave me a cancellation number and told me to put that on the product and RETURN TO SENDER/NOT ORDERED on the package and take it to post office. I did and it was returned to them. Then I receive the product again a month later and I cancelled again, this time I received an RNA# too, and they are telling me that sending back the product with just cancellation number on it is not sufficient and it has to have RNA# on it for the cancellation to be valid.
This time I am getting a tracking number also, they have fooled me twice, I am not going let them fool me again.
Up shot being that I had to cancel my card and get a new one because of these crooks.

GOODS NOT REC'D & STILL CHARGED
signed up for the trial period, never received the goods, tried contacting them as my credit card was charged 5 days after the order not the required 8 to cancel this. They wouldn't reply to e-mail or phone call spoke to my bank and they say I have to take this up with them first before the $87.47 charged to me is returned. Dodgiest deal I have seen for a very long time!!!

I HAVE BEEN SCAMED BY THE ABOVE COMPANY IT POPED UP WHEN I WAS ON HOLLAND AND BARRETT SITE I BOUGHT ONE SAMPLE OF DIETMAX FOR £3.79 POSTING AND PACKAGE I WENT ON HOLIDAY WHEN I CAME BACK THEY HAD TAKEN £58.25 THEN £49.14 I CONTACTED MY BANK AND HAVE INSTRUCTED THEM TO CANCLE MY CARDS

Unreceived Goods
Paid postage for a 10 day trial of diet drugs after seeing ad on internet, but not received trial pack . Have tried there e-mail address to unsubscribe however email keeps bouncing back. Then to add insult to injury I discovered today that they have since taken a further payment off of my account even before the trial would have ended.

Same as all the complaints on the website.
I ordered my free trial bottle of supplement, didn't recieve it until 3 weeks later, and learnt that when I signed up for the free trial, I signed up for a subscribtion which would charge me around 90$ every month. When I called to cancel they advise you had a 10 day period to cancel in which I didn't even get my product yet.
Basically this has been a lesson, READ ALL THE FINE PRINT.
After hours of debating with the customer rep, my subscribtion has been cancelled, but i lost the initial payment.
Lesson learnt that cost 100$$

charged and didnt get product
I too fell for TRY OUR SAMPLE. I did and they charged me $3.87 but before I knew it, they charged me again $87 and I didn't receive anything, bar my sample. Dont be fooled. I will be going to my bank and cancelling this payment of $87 .
