I ordered online for the $4.95 trail period, i didnt even open it. I saw that the label and packaging was not what was online. So i called to cancel. They told me that i would receive a email to cancel. I did receive it, and filled it out it. It stated that my card would not be charged anything but the trail amount. Come to find out right after you cancel they charge you the 87.47. I called to complain. they dont let you talk to a manager, u can barley understand what they are saying. They told me that processed my refund and it was canceled by my bank.. hahah do they really want me to belive that? So after calling for 3 days over and over and getting no where but hung up on. I had my bank call... now she got somewhere.. they told me that i would get my refund in 10 days, but the bank said i have to wait 30 days before they can reopen my case.. well here it is the 30 days exact.. and no refund right? right... and guess what.. my bank has my acct where dietmax can not charge me anymore... so i get a charge today for $9.76.. and guess what... its dietmax under a different name... I am so angry please dont deal with them CHKCARDPROFITVAULT 800EL TECA PAPA is the new charge on my acct... this is getting very crazy.. I asked the bank to cancel my bank card and send me a new one.. now i have to go 6-10 bussiness days without a debit card

I was given a free trial for cost of postage, $4.34, there was no mention of extra costs to be withdrawn from my account. They have withdrawn $42.72 from my account without approval from me. I have tried to contact them with no avail. How do I get my money back and stop more being withdrawn???
