I received an email on Jan 7, 2011 at 6:47:43 pm indicating that my order will arrive very soon. Mind you, I had already talked to and sent and email cancelling my order back in Nov. I tried calling the number on the email 800-320-2983 and have been on hold 35 min now. I called the number on the pending transaction that lists them as KMASSIST.com of 866-942-5246, i was on hold 32 min no answer. When I cancelled the order back in Nov, I advised them that I was having heart palpitations from the pills and my doctor advised me to stop taking them. They didnt take any money in Dec, now here it is in Jan and here we go. I called my bank and was told that they couldnt do anything until the money posts to my account and then they would dispute the charges. I'm going to continue to try to reach someone, but once the money posts I'm going to get a new debit card. Oh and I forgot to mention the number on the pill bottle I did receive of 800-440-4397 is now disconnected. These people are crooks. We should sue the CBS advertisment associated with this company as you would think they are reputable just by the name. I've learned the only real way to lose weight is with proper diet and exercise.
