I downloaded and bought (Via PayPal) version 3.6 of SnapIt software. The email receipt that was sent, included a key code that was to be used to unlock the software for permanent use. The key code that they sent does not work. I am told that the key is for a 'previous' version of the software, and that I can buy an upgrade for only $9.99 more.
All I wanted was the key that works with the software package that I downloaded an paid for. I downloaded the same package multiple times. Uninstalled and re-installed the package, but the provided key never worked.
They do not have a 'customer support' contact, they only have an email that you can send to either directly or through their website. However, you only get a canned response back telling you to re-enter the key.
Even after repeated attempts to contact them and the intermediate seller (ShareIt.com) they would not send me a key that worked with the software package that I bought and paid for, and would only redirect me to a page to order the upgrade for only $9.99.
This is a bad case of Bait and Switch or Fraud. You pick.
