I and my two friends in the digi agency shop, my friend want to buy a prepaid card, there were three men staff inside there, but no one ignored us, treat us as transparent. First we tell the the first staff to buy a prepaid card, but he just focused phone with he wift, then we tell the second staff said that we want to buy a prepaid card, but he was only focused on the phone, not to speak to us do not ignore us, we have to give up the final purchase. Employees should not be the responsibility of, nor respect for the customer. I told them the attitude is really disappointing, I do not understand what they have important things in the end, even unreasonable to treat customers. I hope that the management or the unit can be serious about this, do not let the same thing to happen.
