On 24th. June, 2010 @ noon I walked into Digi SS2, Petaling Jaya office to enquire about my phone which is presented to me as a gift.
I find trouble switching on the phone. As a digi customer for over 10 years and so happen to be around that area I seek their help. But to my surprise I met an unhelp & gloomy staff by the name of Mr. Alan Teh.
I just wanted him to help me with the phone but he asked me to take a ticket No 2052 timed 11.58 am to go to the counter. I told him again, it had nothing to do with digi services, why do I need to be attended by your counter's staff which I had to wait. He suggested I go to the phone company. I was very annoyed because it is a small thing and I am your customer too.
Upon leaving, a security guard approached and offer help. He asked me to wait and called another staff by the name of Mr. Daniel which I think is the Manager. He is very willing to help me and solved my problem.
I am not complaining about Digi but I feel the Company should do something on this to further their good image.
