I bought a new phone and register a new line 3 days ago (016 6653647) and until now my line is still not activated. Digi agent at Lowyat outlet said 2 hours for activation upon registering. 2nd day, phoned DiGi helpline and was told to wait the next day. 3rd day phone helpline again and was told to contact agent at Lowyat. Phoned agent and was told to contact helpline as they said problem is with DiGi! Until now (3rd Day) still no service.
