Horrible service
I pay for a 7 meg internet connection and averaged a 1.5 meg for the last few months. Called a few weeks ago to report the issue, spent 30 minutes on the line waiting to talk to someone. I reported the issue and was called back a few days later and was told they upgraded some equipment and that I was good to go. My speed had increased BUT only for 3 days!! I was now in the sub one meg internet speed, my lowest was .25m, I can walk on my hands faster than that. Called again to report the problem, waited another 30 minutes on hold and was told the quickest I would see a service tech was 2 weeks away. GREAT SERVICE!! Well, today I called Digis and cancled my service effective Friday 29 Jan 2010 and explained the reason why. I was told they could get a tech out here today if I would keep the service and my next month would be free. I told them no, not possible as I had already scheduled another provider(Qwest) for the 28th of Jan. I then asked them to refund my balance because I just paid my bill for the following month on 23 Jan 2010. I was told no refunds are possible as a company policy. So, I get home tonight and my phone has already been shut off 25 Jan 2010. Too bad they aren't as quick to repair problems as they are to shut your service off. Mind you, I just paid for a full month 2 days ago. THIS HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE POOREST RUN COMPANIES I'VE RVERY SEEN. I think Chrysler and GM have a better management team!! I could never recommend this company to anyone. If they were the only one in town, I would go back to dial-up. At least I get what I pay for!!
