Still nothing from you to actually help me. All I have received are emails from you but not the
elusive return label. A reputable company would have a return process that would be helpful
and intended to retain customer loyalty. Yours is not.

I have found information that leads me to believe you will never honour your warranty:

My advice to you is to act swiftly to honour your warranty on my purchase. It is the right thing

KPH: Yes, it is. I have checked myself. The power points I used are working. I tested with a
lamp.

transformer becomes brighter green. When plugged into the frame the transformer light is
flickering alternately bright then dim green.

when looking at the face of frame (obverse), left side if looking at the back side (reverse). I
have pressed that button many times and the frame does not start up.

KPH: I tried this and it does not work.
Please understand, I have checked these things long before I contacted you with my problem
report in January. I gave this information over the phone when I made original report of the
problem.
Please send me a return label and honour your warranty. It's the right thing to do.

As per our technical team here are some ways we hope that fix that error and to
properly identify the problem.

My frame will not turn on.
• Is the AC adapter fully plugged into a working outlet?
• Is the AC adapter fully plugged into the frame?
• Is the power switch on the top of the frame in the On position?
• If the frame was turned off using the Power button on the remote control, press the
power button again, or turn the frame's switch off and then on again.

impact of any kind nor has it been exposed to heat. Other than dust accumulated on the top
edge of frame, there's nothing wrong with the physical unit. It worked just fine for more than
two months and then no longer works. The frame has sat on the white marble table (in
picture) since I unpacked it.

does is normally caused due to impact and excessive exposure to heat. Could you

Basically, the picture frame no longer starts up. I cannot tell if it is the frame or the power
transformer what has failed. One day in December, I think the 15th, when I tried to turn on
the frame, nothing happened. I moved it to a different power point where I had a lamp (so
I know the power point works) but still, the frame doesn't start.

Unfortunately, I have been traveling extensively and am just back home long enough to
