Online trade does not provide the consumer with producer communication and the tracking of delivery in accordance with the payed invoice

On 04/11/2013 I bought Pinnacle Studio 17 Ultimate software through direct dawnload and beckup disc deliverable by mail. The paiment in amount of 137.90 Eu was made to DRI LU through Ing. Bank The dawnloaded software does not work very well with blockages at exportation video on BD and DVD. I have not received the ordered backup disk and I no longer have the necessary information ( the customercare ID and the password) for the communication with the software specialists. Maybe you can halp me with a copy of the order and the ways through which I can take possession of the purchased beckup disk. With thanks, Dr. Eng. Dutu C.A. Doru PS If I try to find the order using the email adrres and the last 5 number of my card, I obtain only the invoice for Avast internet Security software paid in 10/11/2013 and not the invoice from 04/11/2013 for Pinnacle Studio 17 Ultimate software

Unauthorized use of credit card

Digital River International Luxembourg has taken a payment of $99.95 from my credit card on 27/10/2010 with out my knowledge or authorization. I do not even know anything about this company, what it does or where it is.
My credit card company has told me to try to contact it on the net but this is the only site I can find to try to recoup my money. Can you help?
