Despite my repeated calls my problem of offering me a proper package are not resolved. I am been given big commitments and everytime I call, assurances given are very high but practically, the very same day or the next day problem re-occurs.
There seems to be major technical problem in their system or there has been delibrate attempt to harrass the customer. I had requested to refund my money as I had done a blunder of my life to opt for Airtel digital connection. The attitude of call centre team is so negative that you will beat your head on the wall. the way they respond to your queries.
I strongly recommend NOT to go in for Airtel Digital TV connection. Your life will be ruined.

The main complant was originally that we wanted local television news but could not get it. When they turned off the service because they had not recieved our payment in time. It was decided to discontinue business with them in total.

At that time we asked for boxes to ship the recivers back to the company. They promised they would send a closing bill and send the boxes to us. So we waited and I called again over and over still nothing. This last time I got threatened by their Collection Company Attorney in New York. Plus their harrassing Letters have kept coming each time I would call Direct TV and ask where is the boxes and our closing statement...NOTHING. Their Customer Service drops the ball each time.

Well I have had enough and I will be going down to the Tribal Court and filing for a Arrest Writ persuant to the Fair Indian Traders Act of 1896 to have the CEO and its board of directors brought to this Reservation. I have checked and they do not have this license to do business in Indian Territories. Indian Territories extend from the Appalachian Mountains to the West Coast and the US Territories. The penalties are $10, 000.00 per event and Ten Years Mandatory Sentencing.

Additionally The Federal Trade Commission is going to get involved as I will file complaints there too. Then I will contact the FCC Field Engineer in my area and file any possiblity of complaint there. For such things as the adult entertainment that was being carried till we put a stop of it coming into our home.

I am open to any suggestions to deal with this company as I would LOVE to see this company put out of business after the way they treat people with their condencending tone in their overtures to customers.
