Ordered Mitsubishi 73835 DLP TV on line...

Ordered Mitsubishi 73835DLP TV on line and proceeded to call to find out when I could expect the TV. I was told it was in stock and would be delivered in 10 days. After about 14 days I called to find out the status of where the TV was. No one knew, but was told there may have been a problem with the recent Jewish holiday, but they'ed find out and get back to me---nothing. 24 days later I got a call form the shipping company to schedule delivery a couple of days later. On delivery day the agent couldn't find the TV at the the pick-up point. OF course I took a half day (4 hours)of vacation. They were going to start a trace, but it was going to take 1 to 2 days. Finally got a call and received the TV in good condition--28 days after I had ordered it. I had to take another 6 hours of vacation, (the 4 hours they require you to be present and the driver was 2 hours late). I work 10 minutes from my house, but the shipping company couldn't have the driver call me when he was 20 minutes out. It seemed to me that there was nothing automated in the tracking-shipping and no way to actually determine where the TV was at any given time. I use WEB and catalog phone orders often and have never experienced anything like this.
