Fradulant charge
This morning my bank contated me regarding a $164.00 charge that was attempted three times by this company and was rejected due to possible fraud. Nothing has been ordered online for over a month and I do not have any, nor will ever setup a recurring online charge.

fraudulent charges
Checked my bank account online today to find that this company had charged my account twice for the amount of $114.82. I cannot get a copy of invoice because there is not one, nor do they have record of any email address of mine with my account number. Still, I'm hit for two times this amount plus overdraft charges at my bank. No way to contact customer service because I do not have the correct email address that was used with my account numbers.

unauthorized charges
there was $75 debited from my account without any authorization...i am not even sure what this was for!!! I would like the funds to be replaced into my account!!!

FRAUD
These people made a frudulent charge to my credit card-completely unauthorized to me..I have called and requested a refund! These people should be put out of business..Im my opinion it is FRAUD and THEFT! If you have had a problem with these people..please make note here...I WILL contact the authorities if I ever hear from these people again..

Unaurthoized Charges
DIGITALRIVER.COM
On May 5th, my account was charged $189.00
I made no such transaction with this company and have no idea what this company even sells.
I went to their website http://www.digitalriver.com and found out that they are an e-commerce site.
I called my bank claims department to dispute about the charges and they even went to the website and could not find a legal contact number to inquire about the charges made.
Aside from this website, I have other accuring and pending charges and many were made from England, especially download sites.

Checking account falsely charged
I weas charged $44.95, on my checking account, on Christmas day 12-25-2008.
I don't even know any one by the name of DigitalRiver.com, plus, I didn't purchase anything on Christmas Day.
I want that charge removed

Bad download of MS Money 2006 upgrade
I tried to update my Microsoft Money 2006 software by download. I received an order confirmation for $35.98 in charges. The download failed and Digital River will not allow me to re download saying I have exceeded my limit of attempts. Every time I try to contact them by the web my attempt count goes up. There does not seem to be a way to contact there customer service to resolve this.
