I've been reporting our telephone for almost two weeks and until now no single representative or technician came to check our phone. Our phone got disconnected after we have settled our bills and paid our balance. First our out going calls are barred then now not even a dial tone. We have no telephone service now for almost a month, and I am sure we're going to pay it even it is disconnected. DIGITEL YOUR SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME plus your INTERNET SERVICE IS SO SLOW! I DO NOT WHAT TO SAY ANYMORE I CAN'T DESCRIBE IN WORDS HOW BAD IS YOUR SERVICE IS.
