I tried to connect with the $2, 500 Shopping Spree contest web site (https://dillards.com/shoppingspree/contest). Did not get a response. Troubleshooting function stated "Web site pinged, no response". Is it a scam? I have three registration numbers I would like to enter, but am unable to reach the registration page. What's up????
