Ordered on 10/2. Got a 'confirmatio' that listed the invoice as number 99. Got suspicious. Sent an e-mail asking for details, delivery, etc. Got an e-mail back only stating that there was a backorder and that all orders would be shipped "tomorrow." That was 10/7.

Nothing happened. I called the 800 number. It was a recorded message that did not identify the company, only stating to leave a message.

Messages went unreturned, e-mails only got 'canned' responses. I stopped all payments/charges and sent an e-mail telling them to cancel the order.

I've heard nothing.

I believe they are a scam. I got their website off www.anythingbutipod.com, so maybe you should stay clear of that website, also.
