They were great during the demo period and then purchased their Webinar service for $75/month. When we wanted to schedule the live webinar, we had a lot of issues. We recorded the webinar and DimDim was supposed to send us the link with the recording. The Webinar was on May 18th 2010. Its May 27th and we still don't have the link, i have emailed them 3 times and a colleague of mine emailed them twice but haven't heard from them.

When i call, they say someone will get back and they never do. I have emailed them to cancel my paid service and drop it to free service and again no response. They suck and i want to warn everyone to stay away from this company.
