I ordered 3 pieces of clothing to be shipped to my girlfriend. They never arrived via UPS. UPS says that the shipper is responsible for a claim and tracking so I contacted www.dimout.com to let them know that the shipment didn't arrive. That was two weeks ago. The items were paid for and the money drawn from the account but Dimout has not provided any assistance to locate or reship the items. They have said they put a tracer on it but UPS said they didn't. They said they would reship last week but they haven't provided a tracking number and nothing has been received. No money has been returned to my account. Dimout doesn't seem to care about its customers and does not provide truthful information in it's communications to is customers.

I placed an order 3/3/09 on the website dimout.com for a pair of shoes which were to ship within 3 days. My credit card was charged twice for $53.04 and I didn't receive the shoes. I emailed the company and was told by the Vice President Kim Rawley "Sorry your order was missed and we will send them next week." Three months later and I've never received the shoes or a refund. I sent several emails only to receive a canned response stating "We haven't heard from you, do you consider this matter resolved?" I've tried calling and have never had my call answered and instead get an answering machine that states "do not to leave a message." I think this "company" is being run out of someone garage and its just a big scam.

Placed 2 order's for $201.26 have received nothing, I submit tickets and get a generic reply..I have sent tickets to the President, Vice-President and the office manager.

I order four pair of heels, my check was cashed and i have received no shoes. I had to purchase other shoes for a special occasions. Several attempts through e-mail have not gotten any purchases delivered to me. And the date today is August 26, 2008 and for the (lost count) they were to be sent once again, August 13, 2008. Yea Right!

I now do not order from the internet, period, way to scary and costly.
