Dear Sir,
I m greatful to use vehicle of Hero Honda, as i am using it since 9 yrs and agian i have pursachead a new vehicle from the above mention dealer, but this time i am not at all satisfied with their sevice, they charged me RS.400/- as servicing charge, abt tht i wont complaint but the customer should be satified with their service, but this time i was not at all happy, they didnt even oil my vehicle, neither it was washed properly and they lied me that the servicing is completed.And the employees are not proper neither the head of all the employees no is inform abt whts going their, only all are running from 1 place to another neither they give respect to the ladies standing their.
Plz i request to look after this matter very seriousl or else their will a big loss for your company's name.
Plz rly me soon and give a proper answer for such things.
