Sick of this company
I am so sick of this company. I want to setup my direct tv account but every person i talk to is so confusing and on top of that they are middle eastern so i cant even understand what they are saying. They need to be more simple and straight forward about their services. They are driving me crazy. Id rather not even have tv than to deal with those people.

Robbers
Ok so for the past 4 months they have charged me numerouse times, I had paided the bill and they turned off my cable when I called they said they didnt see that I paid when my credit card said they took my money, they told me to call directv and then no one there helped me either they were charging me too and come to find out it was all direcpath 's falt so Im cabless and no other cable company offers it here in my appartments so I'm going to file a police report of robbery. I HATE DIRECPATH. THEY A ROBBERS.

Awful service
I have read numerous negative reviews on DirecPath and I know how inferior the service is. I too am stuck with DirecPath as my internet carrier because I chose to live in an apartment complex operated by Steven Bell in Woodstock, GA. We've all been complaining about DirecPath to no avail. The real culprits here are the Apartment Property owners who are making this the only option to their residents. Let's get the propery owner names out there so people don't make the same mistakes we did. We all know DirecPath is lousy, and so do the property owners. Since DirecPath can't be shut down, which apartment complexes do people need to avoid?

Stay away from these losers
I agree with the above poster. If you are moving in an apartment complex and you find the cable/internet provider is DirecPath, then move somewhere else. Our apartment complex changed to this company and it has been the worst experience with a company in my life. First they missed all of the scheduled appointments to install the internet and did not call to inform me of this. Then when complaining to customer service they could not find my account number even when I had the bill directly in front of me and read it off to them. It usually took about 3 phone calls to them to find a person who could located my information and this took several hours of my time. Next I got billed for internet service from the time it was supposed to be installed not when I actually got it. It took several phone calls and headaches to straighten this out. They would tell me it was corrected and then the next month it was not adjusted on my bill. Even our apartment complex managers hated this company. I would advise to just stay away from these losers.

Very frustrated
I am a very frustrated Direcpath customer. The internet and cable have been giving my problems from the very beinging. Anytime we would try to disconnect and reconnect a cable to the t.v. the internet would stop working, and vice versa. I was dealing with this until all the sudden it stopped and decided not to come back on at all!

My internet went out. I put in a request after finally getting someone on the phone after waiting for what seems to me to be a ridiculous amount of time. (30 min or longer) They said they are not sure why it is not working, but they would put in a complaint. They said it was as down for the entire complex, and that they would inform me when they hear anything. There are many details in this story. However, the long and short of it was that it was down and they did not know for how long. After a month, I am sitting here thinking why am I waiting for them to service me when they obviously do not care!!! I called to cancel the internet part of it. I do school online, and I was sick of the stress of having to go elsewhere to get this done. They did not credit me for the time that I was down like they said they would and charged me for a "change of service fee". I cannot believe I have to pay because they can get their stuff together. Please run away if you are thinking about going with this service provider!

Worst company ever
You should never move into any apartment community that tells you they Have DircPath as the communications provider. It is the worst company and how the owners of apartment complex's got into these contracts will never be understood. The DirecTV service is fine but DirecPath owns the equipment on site and it kept working. Their techs will tell you that they have not upgraded the equipment and you are just out of luck. You can not go anywhere else and get service. It it is DirecPath run to another complex where anything or even DirecTv stand alone is offered. You will then get to watch TV when you get home...And don't even ask how bad the internet service is... you will laugh (or cry if you already live at one of their properties). It is a joke.
