I signed up for what I thought was a no strings attached work from home internet link for $ 2.95 this sounded great and well 5 days later, they debited my account for $ 139.95! I called DCA who told me i could have a partial refund, I said no i want all my money back I did not authorize your company to do this ! so on 09/26/10 i was told they started my full refund back to me and that i should not be signing up for a company i know nothing about !! excuse me a**clown i sent away for information on your company and never receive any ifnormation !!! so i've called this company for my refund status i was told the first time it would take 5 days to 7-10 days then i asked for a supervisor who told me it could take 30 days ! i told her that i was prepared to go to my bank to file a dispute she told me oh no dont do that because i have seen several refund disputes come in and this will take 60 days ! and that my refund was sitting in a "que" and not going anywhere so she had to cancel and re-request the refund i told this lady great now im out and addtional 7 days ! she said no it would go thru now ! in 30 days !!! what haha omg this company ! i told her i see i'm not the only person with this issue of them taking money when they should'nt be !! i will go to my bank file a dispute and file a complaint at the BBB the lady hung up on me !!! So i start reviewing online this Direct Commerce Acedemy they are scammers !! Everybody is getting jerked around by this company !!! So I wonder how many Complaints/Unathorized Charges will this company continue to get away with before they are shut down ??!! Sue Mad in Sacto, Calif -
