Please beware of this company. I was approved conditional from this company for a daycare purchase and their ad stated they had a fast processing time because they did everything in house . But I found that to be misleading because I was contracted on a property and because it took the underwriting team so long to process my loan I lost the property because my contract expired and they did not even attempt to request a extention with realator they sent me a email the day before the contract ended and told me to ask for another 15 days. They also required a big application/processing fee that cost me 7, 995.00 that they stated would have to be paid within 24hrs of being approved or you would lose the loan. So I gave them my 1099's and w-2's property information like the value, the cost, location, pictures, my purpose of the loan, Social, basicly everything they needed to formally approve my daycare loan so after reviewing that information they said they could fund my loan and to wire 7, 995.00 into their account within 24hrs so it took me a little longer to get the money to them but I did in fact get them the money as requested which was none refundable. But if they said they would fund my loan I thought it was safe but it was not. Because they denied my loan after processing it for way over a month on the bases of credit which was given to them from the start and my Husband credit score was over 800 and mine over 600 but all of this was made known at the beginning when ever they made the decision to fund our loan. So PLEASE PLEASE BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY GO UNDER TWO NAMES DIRECT COMMERCIAL FUNDING AND DIRECT GLOBAL FUNDING SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE GIVING THIS COMPANY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. And now the only way they will respond to me is through a written letter so what are they afraid of but my lawyer will figure it out.
