2 Days after dealing with Datasource 411 and there business directory scam we received a 2nd invoice from this Direct Data Center Inc. company.
Take a look at the 2 sites, see if you can see the similarities. Flip back and fourth, it's amazing. lol
Yet they claim they're not affliated in any way or degree.

Anyways dealt with Datasource, complaints filed with both the better business bureau, & the competition bureau.
Will be doing the same with this new one.
Phoned them back, exact same scam. They try to tell you that you legally accepted a "Verbal" contract by accepting there invoice. Yup, you heard it right. WHAT ???
Here is what they do, and did to us.
They called our store, one of our reps answered the phone they asked her to confirm our mailing address for an invioce they'd be sending out.
Our rep confirmed our mailing address, end of call.
Week later, you get a bill in the mail for $750+ from a company you've never even heard of.
Call was made, they played back the voice recording of an address confirmation and said "That is a legal binding verbal contract to accept our invoice". There basically saying now if we don't pay we will be subject to interest and possible legal action.
There is no sense in fighting with these people, they deal with this stuff all day and everything you say to them they try to turn it around as though your doing something wrong yourself.
Intimitadation is there tactic. There like a company in reverse... They take collections actions on you before they provide the service. Outrageous...
There legally stealing money, by targeting businesses instead of seniors. And because they have a store/web front there walking the fine thin line between black and white.
Scam outfit has migrated to Canada from the USA from the sounds of it and everything I've read over the last 3 hours.
Again a scam outfit, don't pay. Contact the canadian competition bureau, or the http://www.ftc.gov/ if you've been contacted by this company yourself. Hang up, don't pay.
There legal binding contract is of no value, would be laughed at in the courts.
Beware...
