Don't buy from them
I fell for their lies and seemingly amazing low prices. Do not be the *** I was- you will be out $100 with nothing to show for it.
I ordered the $5 starter kit without realizing it was just a trial period. When I received my kit, the battery would not work, no vapor came out;. I called in to complain and was told I would receive a new battery in 3-5 days and at that point my trial period would start over!.
Fine, I wanted to try this so I agreed|. Cut to today, no new battery and my debit card charged full price:. I called to fix this but "there is nothing they can do;." I'm left with nothing but the loss of a chunk of my paycheck;.
I wish I had found this site before I ordered from such a shady operation.. Don't make my mistake, don't fall for their lies.

Lies! Do not order from them!
They are taking money from my account every other week for crap I dont even want. They claim the "email" they sent me stated after 14 days they would charge 109.00 to my account.. There was no email other than the confirmation order when it was placed;. They don't know customer service at all!. Analyst I spoke to today "Laurie" was rude and did not care that they had taken 69".90 from my account for *** refills I didnt even ask for!. I am going to the bank and changing my account info because these a55holes think they can just order for me". Stay away from Direct E cig! Their website is full of crap to begin with|. They treat you like your *** because you failed to read an email that they never sent out.

Unauthorized charge on my credit card
I am very angry at ecig but also at myself. I should have known that $4.95 was too good to be true when others were charging much more for their kits. I trusted them until I got an email telling me that my next month supply would be shipped in 30 days on their money saving plan. I never agreed to a monthly delivery so I called them to stop the "money saving plan". They assured me that I would not receive any additional shipments. Shortly after that I was reviewing my bank account and saw that they had charged me $99.95. This is definitely a scam and ecig should be shut down!

Victims of Direct E Cig Unite! File a complaint with Better Business Bureau (bbb.org/us/ - click on "File a Complaint") and Florida Attorney General (myflorida.com - click on "Consumer Protect" then "File a Complaint). These crooks need to be put out of business. I had exactly the same experience as the many reviews on this site - lured in by "Free Trial Offer" of Starter Kit for $4.95. Two weeks later additional product was mailed at a charge of $9.95 and a charge of $99.95 for the "free" starter kit. Call to the company yielded one very rude woman who asserted that the "terms and conditions" (which I never saw on the order page, it must have been in invisible ink) state the actual agreement. Total scam.

Fraud
There is no free trial period as they deceptively advertised. I received the product 2 1/2 weeks after I ordered it, for the trial offer of $4.95, and then 1 week later they hit my account, without authorization, for $109.00. When I called them to complain, the operator was very unprofessional with her clipped, short answers and downright refusal to return my funds. As far as I am concerned, this was theft. I at no time authorized them to take this money from my accoutn. I am reporting them to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau and filing a small claims suit.

Yes they got me too - i read all these comments but none of seem to be able to get our $ back - has anyone ever had anything resolved -
like what about disputing through our finacial institue?
did this work for anyone, or im i just screwed? ---
i have never been scammed and thought i was pretty smart - but they hide it - its not fair and certinaly not worth 119.00 - i was upset i pd 4.95 for it, lol - and then to find out later im charged 109.90 for more cartrides, i still have the other ones - they suck!

They offered a free trial than tried to charge me 109 dollars
I am mad i have tried to get them to stop trying to charge my accout the 109 for a order i do not want or did i order only ordered the free trial. they are a scam ripoff and whatever else you can say the florida consummer affairs should do something about them so no more people get ripped off. i would never reccommend this company to my dog let alone anyone else. i know i am not the first person to experience this and i bet i wont be the last unless something is done about them. please help us

Wont refund my money
Just got hung up 4 times by dierect e-cig customer service. I apparently didnt read the fine print. I didnt know I was going to be charged for additional cartridges that I didnt order. I would never have bought into the "INTRODUCTORY OFFER" If i had to pay all that money. I told them I wanted a refund for the order they just sent and that I would send the product back. They said I couldnt do that to get a refund and that I wasnt entitled to one. What can be done about this. Also where are they located so I can file a complaint with the BBB

Misleads you in advertisement
Direct Ecig.com advertises a sample kit of their electronic cigarette for the price of $4.95 on their website. What is not stated on that page is that this only is your "enrollment" fee. The next thing you know, you get an unsolicited email for $109.90 for your next shipment of supplies. I would advise you to check very carefully before ordering from this company. You may get more than you bargined for! I was billed for and sent an entire case of replacement cartridges before their supposed tril period was even over. So let the buyer beware!
