DirectECig is a rip-off company. They refer to their 'Terms and Conditions' when you call to complain about charges to your credit card. The Terms and Conditions are 'hidden' at the bottom of the Free Trial page, in very small print. There is nowhere to accept or decline the Terms and Conditions.

I spoke with 'Jessie', who was very smug and confident that there was nothing I could do. I proceeded to tell Jessie that I would be in contact with the Floriday State Attorney General's office.

They will charge your credit card 109.90 exactly 14 days after your initial 'free' order.

Do not buy anything from this company!!!

CONTACT THE ATTORNY GENERAL WITH YOUR COMPLAINTS OR THEY WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED! THEY INFORMED ME TO ADVISE EVERYONE ON THESE COMPLAINT BOARDS> THEY MUST HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS TO ADDRESSS THESE CROOKS!!!I believe that the company is very deceptive. The conditions of the trial period were hidden in the fine print. 3 days after the trial period ended I realized that I had been billed $109. At that point I called them and said that I wanted to send the trial back for a refund. Mind you, only 3 of the 10 cartridges were even used. They refused to take it back. I explained that I was misinformed and that I still did not understand what the $109 charge was for as even in the fine print I only saw a possible $59.00 for cartridges that would be sent monthly automatically unless you requested that the auto delivery be stopped. I can guarantee that alot of people have had this problem and I feel that it is VERY decieving and unfair. When I asked for an explanation of the $109 charge they simply referred me back to the website that I purchased it from. I did so and still was unable to substantiate the $109.00 charge. The gentlemen on the phone was not only rude but when I asked politley to speak to a manager I was told that there was not a manager and that they all held the same authority so it would do me no good. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. And I am down $109 two weeks after Christmas when times are hard for everyone.
