Ripped off
Ordered ECig from ad for $4.95 shipping, received it, no problems, two weeks later receive an email that they've shipped another order and charged my card $109.90. Tried calling, both times the customer people we very rude. I've sent probably over 50 emails to them, not a single response. I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office.

Ripped off for $109.90
I recently searched online for an electronic cigarette.
I found one for a free trial, and I only had to pay $9.95 shipping.
Yeah right! A couple weeks later I received another package of nicotine cartridges that I did not agree to purchase, for another $109.90.
I am usually smarter than this. I feel so ripped off now. I don't even use that darn thing. I wish I had researched this more. I just hate that they are screwing so many of us addicted smokers that are trying to quit.
I wish I could do more. I have written them(directecig.com)2 e-mails, and even tried to call them directly. Of course they don't answer the phone.
Bad, Bad, Bad People in this world. Not all, just the rip off artists.

Rip off
I ordered a starter kit as advertised for a deal at 49.95 for shipping only with a 14 day a 14 day &if not satisfied it could be returned for a refund.Well after 14days they charged my account 109.95.no i did not authorize this charge.When I called the Direct e-cig compiny thay would not refund my money even if i returned it thay would noy refund my money but they would keep it & resail it.what A RIPOFF.When it was ordered ther was no mention of having to return it or U would be charged that amount.not only did thay laff st me on the phone but said I WAS A DUMB F****R. THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO DO BUSINESS NOR SHOULD THY GET AWAY WITH THIS SCAM.

Trying to send me monthly refills ithat i didn't agree to
I ordered the $4.95 trial of ecig on line. Now all of a sudden I get an email saying that they want to bill me $109.90 per month for refills that I didn't agree to. When you try to call their customer service number you must wait in an annoying phone queue for over 30 minutes before a tape comes on saying that they're either too busy, or you've called out of hours (which I didn't) and to leave your name and number for a callback. They're a rip-off and terrible company to do business with!

Don't use them
Do not recommend this company automactically took money out of my account when i only order free trial and hasnt been 7 days yet..109.90, , , , will never use this company again con artists for sure.operator took it upon herself to use my credit card for this. the sample was four dollars and ninety five cents..thats all i wanted was to try it not live on it..just got off the phone with operator and says im stuck with this product..the first kit ur sent cost that much plus the little shipping and handling.for get this needs to be sent in to better business bureau.

Buyer beware
I too was scammed by directecig's Free Starter Kit. Paid $4.95 for shipping, received a confirmation email which read, "The total charge for your order is: $4.95." Exactly 7 days after receiving the Free Starter Kit, my debit card was billed $109.90 for "Intro Offer First Ship Cartridges."
On the site's Starter Kit order page, directecig states, "Please select whether you only want the Starter Kit or a Starter Kit with the Direct E-Cig Money Saver Plan." That should be obvious. Opt-Out? Contact Us?!
Don't waste your breath or your money! Scam city.

Poor customer service
I ordered a "Free" trial of the electronic cigarette from Directecig.com. For the cost of shipping($9.95)you received a starter kit of the product. Nothing on the web page said anything about a 2 week trial period before they sent you the full order and charged the full price of $89.95 plus shipping. They buried that info in the fine print of the "terms of service". When I called to complain they were rude and refused to allow a return for a refund.
Don't do business with these people, they are just rude and have very poor business practices.
