Direct management & Studies Took Dhs 1750/- Per person for the Call Centre and the customer service course aand promised us that they would give us a job one we would complete the couse and give the test .
now when i call them every day for the test their phones are switched off and office phones are not working.

Now i either need refund or my certificate
