We had an emergency move right after signing with Direct T.V. company. I called them and was told no problem, they said, we understand and we will need to send you out our boxes for you to return the equipment. WE never received any boxes so we called again and after being transferred and lied to by three people were told they were so sorry but we had to get a recovery kit which they would make sure got out over night and even gave me a tracking number if I did not receive it. The tracking number was no good, again we received no boxes. I called back, was transferred for a long time and told that they did not understand. I told them it had been almost three months since we cut our service off, a man named Vinson told me he understood but could not allow us to send the boxes back with out the correct packing. He refused to give me a mailing address also. I have called and this time was told to go online and go to the bottom of the home page for this company and file a complaint with the president and he would take care of the entire matter and again they were very sorry and would remove all charges. I told them also that they had never billed us after the first bill which was paid, they said they must have had computer problem.
I need help...what can I do? What are my rights? can anyone out there tell em how to get to direct t.v. and get something really done. Everyone told us not to use them but we trusted the company...WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!! Codey Champagne
