Have been withOUT Local Channels and most sat. channels for 2 weeks. Talked with a person at 1-800-531-5000 last Wed. He said he would have it fixed in 72 hours, we still don't have LOCAL CHANNELS. I AM NOT PAYING FOR SERVICES THAT I DON'T RECEIVE. NOR WILL I PAY FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT HERE AND REPLACE THIS FAULTY BOX. IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY CARD I WILL. STOP CHARGING ME STARTING TWO(2) WEEKS AGO.THE 18TH OF NOV.
