Numerous of times, I have attepted to dispute my charges for purchasing movies on my account. I have done it verbally and written. They continue to argue that these charges were made through our remote control. They refuse to admit it is a possible hacker tapping into my phone line. After being on hold for several minutes while they "look into it", the phone line drops...twice!!! The customer service person (employee ID# 100194666 was not helpful and continued to say she was "unable to locate a supervisor, my apologiez, please wait on the line, while we continue to look for one" That is a bunch of bolony!
Very disappointed in them and I will make sure as many people as I can will be aware of how this sad company works.
