To whom it may concern:
I have had direct Tv satlite for over three years, and have been paying for 5 boxes for satlite service. We have not missed a payment, the problem is they onlt gave us 4 boxes, When we called be we were haveing problems, because they hooked it up for 5 boxes, and it was not working properly. We were told that we could only get credit for 60 days. This is not fair to me, for being a loyal customer. I would like a refund ora 5th box for the time I paid for the service.
