This company advertised a special price for a trial package of electronic cigerretes that had no tar or adverse effects that tobacco produced. I responded to this ad on the internet for the trail package for less than $8.00, and gave them my credit information. They debited my account for that amount, but within a couple of weeks they billed me an additional $109.00 with no explanation. No additional product nothing!! You already have a list of complaints about this operation, therefore, shut down their advertisements etc. I thought our government protected us from such a scam especially when publicly advertised on the internet, but what do you do in your spare time play with RED TAPE??

E-cig is a huge SCAM. They lure you in with a free promotion all you have to pay is $4.95. What they don't tell you is they continue to charge your account (ie. 109.95 and 69.95) then after many phone calls and e-mails they reluctantly refund your money. I called three times and left e-mails to which they didn't show any concern whatsoever. finally they gave me a return number and then said they would refund the money when they received the bullcrap product they sent to me which I didn't even order...I have contacted an attorney and this is just a beginning of the journey I'm on...
